Pack Legends is based in West Fargo, North Dakota, but we offer virtual training programs that have helped clients all across North America. Behavior doesn’t stop at the end of a leash, and neither do we.

Yes, we can work directly with your dog through day training or board & train programs. However, our philosophy is that the most lasting results come when you learn to work with your dog. Training is about building a clear relationship and communication system, and that bond can only truly develop between you and your dog. We’ll gladly do the hands-on work, but our priority is always coaching you to become your dog’s best leader.

Getting started is simple! Some of our services can be booked directly online for convenience. If your case is more complex (such as reactivity, aggression, or multi-dog household dynamics), we recommend contacting us first so we can discuss your dog’s needs and design the right program for you.

No worries—that’s exactly what we’re here for. Just reach out to us, and we’ll help you pick the package that best matches your dog’s behavior, your goals, and your lifestyle. If needed, we can also start with a single consult and move into a package later.

Yes. For every program, we ask owners to sign a training agreement. This outlines the goals, expectations, safety standards, and responsibilities for both trainer and owner. It ensures clarity and helps set your dog up for success from day one. We will also ask you to compete the behavioral assessment questionnaire.

Absolutely! We love working with rescue dogs. In fact, we offer a 25% discount for adopted dogs within 1 year following adoption. Same discount applies to volunteers from registered rescues- we love to help those who help dogs! Rescue dogs often need extra support and understanding, and we're here to help them thrive.

Yes, but group classes are only available to dogs and owners who have first completed an individual assessment. This ensures that both dog and human are ready for a group setting and can succeed without becoming overwhelmed. Group work is reserved for teams who have built a foundation and demonstrated readiness for the added challenge of training around other dogs.

Day training allows your dog to work one-on-one with the trainer during the day—at the trainer's location—while you go about your schedule. You’ll receive video updates and transfer sessions to ensure consistency and learning at home.

Yes, but board and train is available on a case-by-case basis for dogs and owners whose needs align with this model. Dogs stay in a structured, trainer-supervised home environment—not a kennel—where we focus on real-life skills, calm state of mind, and behavior transformation. A minimum stay and a commitment to follow-through training post-return are required.

Our decompression program is designed for newly adopted dogs or dogs showing stress, fear, or overstimulation. It’s a structured plan to help dogs settle, rebuild trust, and adjust safely to their new home. It is also aimed to help new owners to avoid most common mistakes when welcoming a new family member.

Basic obedience covers foundational cues like sit, down, come, stay, leave it, place, and let’s go, as well as real-life applications like polite greetings, waiting at doors, and handler focus in distracting environments.

Yes, we love puppies! Our puppy programs focus on confidence building, socialization, crate and potty training, handling, impulse control, and preparing your puppy for a lifetime of good decisions.

Yes. We help create a positive, safe association with the crate while avoiding common pitfalls that lead to anxiety or resistance. Whether you're starting with a puppy or retraining an adult dog, we guide the process step by step.

Absolutely. Potty training is one of the most common reasons owners seek help, and we build clear routines, proper management, and reinforcement strategies tailored to your home and schedule.

Yes. Introducing a new dog requires structure, patience, and a solid plan. We guide you through the process—whether it’s a new rescue or a second puppy—to avoid conflict and build a harmonious multi-dog household.
